Sears repair service didn’t call me on the day of my appointment. I waited all day from 8am til 600pm when the man finally called me after I called the company and found out that he was behind 2 jobs. Took him 2 hrs to complete the job and didn’t leave my house til 830pm. He was rude and complained about the job said it should have be rescheduled and used a shop vac and left water dripping thru the house dirtied up my rug in the computer room. Not only this he didn’t take the old parts with him. This was also the 2nd time they come out to fix my washing machine because they didn’t fix it the first time. It took two week the first time to get parts two weeks to get another appointment. Then it didn’t fix the problem. Called again for another appointment and the technician ordered the parts right then and they come to the house with two days. Then it took 2 week to get and appointment and all this happened. I sure hope this fixed the washing machine this time.

After 44 years of having a Sears Repair Agreement I am officially DONE. I have never had such bad service in all my years. I stand amazed when a technician comes and practically runs out the door and speeds out of driveway, to have to make yet another appointment (will make 4th) because job is not finished. Eric spoke ill of his company and other techs that came in February to repair. I am responsible to get rid of two large parts. Left work area filthy. Repair process started in January it is now end of May. Disgraceful service, Disgraceful conduct.

Dryer still not fixed. Technician packed tools and left again May 17 & May 24. Dryer has not worked since Tech visit May 7th. He left work area filthy. Practically ran to truck and sped away. Now what?

Gregory needs to take an anger management and customer service class. He got very upset with me when I didn't process his payment while on the phone with him. I had another call on hold and told him I would process the payment as soon as I hung up the other line, that wasn't good enough he immediately started demanding I do it right then. After, hanging up I started receiving rude messages, which I saved to share with his management but they have yet to call me back.
