Paul, was an excellent repairman, he gets the 5 stars. The organizers and planners of the appointments gets a 1 star. And a 0 star goes to the machine I had to type to instead of speaking to a human. With the continual rescheduling.

Sear Home Service needs to change its customer service portal. The chat doesn’t work. It won’t let you type anything and only comes with preloaded responses that don’t allow you to properly say/do what you need. Their phone call system is also only AI and again you can’t do things that it’s not programmed to do (which is very little). We had service schedule 3 times and each time they used a wrong address. There was no way to update or change in their system. The technicians were understanding of the mistake and also seemed frustrated with the system. Find another provider for service until they fix their system.
