He was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. Patient with my concerns. Took the time to take apart the dryer and problem of noise seems to be resolved. Really liked this technician. 5 stars!!!

The technician call me around 8:30 a.m. to let me know he had a customer a head of me and he would text me when he was on his way. He did just that and came in and fixed washer. He was prompt, courteous, professional a 5 star technician👍👍👍👍👍

My initial scheduled date no one showed up and no one called to say they would not be coming. On the second scheduled date the technician came late afternoon . He (Paul) was pleasant , professional and on pont. Explained the problem, gave the steps that would be taken next, and follow up date for repair. He showed up on the repair date, was professional, kind and completed his repair and then showed me the issue he corrected. He was quick and on point, again. No problems 😊 all with Mr. Paul and the services he provided.
