Made an appointment for today, technician never showed up, called or texted, but reported that he’d had been here at 8:30!! Nope. No knocks and no doorbell either. Rescheduled three times, still never came, phoned or texted. I called in four times throughout the day and was told I would receive an email and text but received nothing. Finally called back at 4pm to reschedule for tomorrow. Fingers crossed, but can’t recommend this service.

SCAM!!!!!’SCAM!!! Machine still is NOT WORKING! After waiting 3 months to get re-serviced from the first service !! Sears is NO GOOD! Don’t waste your Money! Poor customer service will be reporting to BETTER BUSINESS bureau! RIDICULOUS!! Worst home service ever. Assess then repeat same trouble shooting to end up with the same result! Non working machine!

Technician came out and said he had to order a part and would return. Had me pay for the diagnostic. Months later, the part has not arrived, the order is closed, I have paid out, and my appliance was never repaired.

DO NOT USE - This company is a SCAM. They came out May 16th, assessed our stove ordered parts and said we had to pay $409 for the parts and the service and that they would be back out to fix the stove on the 23rd to fix the stove. The parts did not arrive and there was no communication about the appt. There is no live person to speak to and no online updates about the appt or the parts. The only way to receive a refund is to send an email and hope that they respond.
