Terence was professional, friendly and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my fridge and provided an estimate right away. Unfortunately the estimate was as much as or more than the cost of a new fridge, so I didn't go ahead with the repair.

Daniel did a magnificent Job on my microwave he is very efficient and knowledgeable. He checked out my microwave and realized it was my microwave door. He solved the problem came back and installed the new door. He’s an asset to Sears.
