Dimitri and Terrance were both excellent technicians. They both called me when they were headed to my house (great because the estimated times is constantly changing). Terrance diagnosed the problems and quickly scheduled the part and repair. Dimitri did the repair work in no time and explained it in words I could understand 😅. I havent had great experiences with Sears home repair services in the past - and besides the scheduling/changing appointment day/times - this has been a far better experience. 🤞🏼 hopefully the fridge is fixed for good this time ~
