So pleased with the service we received from Enrique today. The heat is working beautifully now and the furnace is clean. He left us much better off than he found us! Truly a top notch service experience. This was also the quickest turnaround I’ve ever had when contacting Sears for a repair by several days. Would love if this is the new standard of service from Sears.

My Technician was prompt, explained everything, was neat and clean and very polite

My Technician was very prompt, polite, neat and clean. Great communication. Everything was explained very well.

Technician did repaor as expected. Did not reposition washing machine against wall. Repair took 30 minutes. Labor cost was $315.00. Will not request any future repairs from Sears.
