Daniel was fantastic and I would gladly give him a 5 star. The reason for the 4 star is if I could rate the Sears Home Repair and their communication it would be a 1. After almost 2 months the stove is still not fixed as management, or lack thereof, cancels appointments, does not order needed parts, and continues to give us the run around. As soon as I can, I am cancelling my Home Services Policy and making a report to the BBB.

Repair person was fine but did not arrive until 6:30 pm after I had waited at home all day expecting him to arrive between 8-5 pm! No explanation or notice of late arrival.

The tech was great, in from Chicago to do service calls, and was very thorough. He felt bad that he was only sent to service 1 unit instead of both!!!! So now I have to reschedule MY TIME to fit in a second call!!!!

Tech was great repairing our range, but getting him there was a problem. Kept getting scheduled for the end of the day, then time ran out each attempt and we were not scheduled for first thing the next day..? Took three attempts to finally get him there. Got to be a better way!
