It's been 2 months since the first technician arrived and told me that the part I need no longer exists! Sears insisted on sending me a "new "part which was old and used and and the tech literally threw it in the trash. By time he was done he told me the machine was fixed, however I went to do wash today (2 days later) and it still has the same issue.Sears says it replaces if they can't fix it however I am going to replace my machine tomorrow and if they don't reimburse me I will be reporting them to the state attorney general's office, the BBB and possibly the news station!

The technician was excellent. However, my part was ordered and I received it the next day, but my follow on appt kept getting rescheduled saying my part wouldn't be delivered in time for my next appt. Even though I had the part the next day.... You can't speak to anyone and I had to schedule another appt just to bypass this.... Sears' all AI customer service does not work.

The technicians were fine and did their job. If you need to speak to a Sears person about a problem, good luck. All numbers lead to a robo-system with no way to speak to a representative. Shoddy customer service. Will NOT be using Sears Appliance Repair again.

Very unprofessional tech. My appointment window was 8-5 but narrowed down to 7:45 am-8:15 am. Appt kept changing throughout the day. The tech was supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival. I never received the call. Tech arrived around 5:15. He was rude and argumentative. The worst tech ever!!! He literally gave me no solutions and said he couldn’t fix my fridge. He also said he didn’t know what was wrong with our fridge.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Here is why: They literally took my money and never provided the service!! I think this is the definition of stealing. I requested a service back in April. They scheduled the service on a Friday and charged me about $400. No one showed up. I called the customer service and was on the phone for 6 HOURS (yes, 6 hours). All I was told was that they had a system glitch no one will show up today. My life was miserable with the broken refrigerator. Then, they rescheduled a new service appointment on the following Monday and guess what? I stayed home again and no one showed up!! They canceled my request but never issued me a refund. I have been in contact with them multiple times since then. All I hear is we have approved your refund and have escalated your case to our billing department and they will contact you within a few days. After several weeks of wanting I called them again and the same scenario: we apologize. We have escalated your case and the billing department will contact you. It is November and the escalated case has not been reviewed by the billing department yet. I tried to dispute the charge by the credit card company. They sent them the tracking information of the parts which was covered by the warranty and refused the dispute (it was a lie; I was disputing the cost of service that I paid and never received but they argued they delivered the parts which was paid by the warranty). Long story short: STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They take your money, your time, your nerves and provide no service. I will update this post if they issue me the refund. Update 1: 11/7/2024 no refund has been issued yet! Update 2: As you see, they asked me right after my comment to email them. I emailed last week (11/8/2024), and since then I have received absolutely no response; not even the confirmation that they received my email. As of now, they show no responsibility and care for the customer and my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Latest update (12/10/2024): They contacted me and said they will process my refund only if I return the parts (parts were covered by my refrigerator's warranty. I agreed to return them (I don't need them) but they say I am responsible for the shipping cost of the parts and they refused to reimburse me!!!! Wow! Unbelieve. They take no responsibility for they mistakes. It was not my fault that they scheduled two appointments and their technician never showed up! Now I have to spend more money to send them back the parts.

Horrible service, can never get anyone to call. Everything is automated. Technician refuses to do the work he's been paid to do. BBB will get a full report

One of the worst service calls ever. The tech couldn't even pull out the refrigerator. I had too. It pulled the water line out to which he said he couldn't do anything. Also the Sears Appliance Service from what I can tell has no office, no one to talk too. Fully automated. One of the worst "service" (quotes on purpose) I've had. Strongly recommend avoiding.

Horrible experience (still dealing with it). They constantly no show for scheduled appointments or randomly change the appointment time to a day I’m not available, it’s impossible to speak with a person, only chat bots and automated phone service so I can’t make a change to the appointment time. Truly regret using this company
