Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure the service was completed today. There were a few hiccups with scheduling after the part came in, but rhe matter was quickly resolved. I would furthermore like to thank our technician Daniel. You is always so knowledgeable and takes the time to do the job correctly. He resolved the issue with the damaged part that was shipped and took it upon himself to make sure the service was completed same day. He has cone to our home for service calls on more than one occassion and we appreciate you. Thank you again.

The only negative I have is that I got a message when the tech would come out without aksing me if that was a good day, then it gave a spread time of 8a to5p which is horrible. I could not speak with a human at Sears either. HOWEVER i did get an email this morning saying the tech would arrive around 3:30 ish. He called me and told me he was on the way and was very professional and couteous. I was very happy with the service.
