The service tech was great and fixed my washer in a short time. I had to wait 7 days after my call for the service tech to visit. I know that I live in the woods but is there a way for you shorten the wait?

The service provider arrived in a timely manner. He informed me of what he would be doing in order to service my washer and dryer. After the he was finished working, he went over what I could do to make my system run smoothly and reviewed the billing info.

The repair man showed up on time, gave us a call early to confirm he would be at our home by noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a water pump failure on our Maytag washer. He replaced it and explained what was done to fix the problem. The gentleman was pleasant and dressed very nicely. He was very professional in our dealings with us and I believe he represented Sears very well.

Dryer went out on Tuesday. I was able to schedule appt on Wednesday. Tech showed up as promised and kept me appraised of his schedule during the day. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had the dryer up and running in an hour. I was particularly pleased he had replacement part on his truck. Good experience. Would definitely call Sears again.
