Our technician was extremely professional and very polite. But above that extremely knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was with our dryer, the possible causes for the problem and how he repaired it. His name is Ken D. and he is a true asset for Sears. Thank you Ken!!

My service request with Sears home service was excellent, from calling and scheduling service to Sears and the technician letting me know about what time to expect him at my home. When he arrived he quickly located the problem, and luckily he had the part on his truck, he was finished within an hour of arriving. Machine is working fine.

Repairman showed up as scheduled, was courteous and went to work fixing a leak on my washing machine. He found a small puncture on the big rubber ring that seals the door to the machine, replaced it and, as I had warranty, did it all for free. Very happy did not find any major problems, my Kenmore is fairly old for a front loader. Machine looks almost new with the clean rubber gasket that was replaced!
