Sears has excellent riding lawnmower repair service in the N Raleigh/Wake Forest area. The drive belt broke on my craftsman mower on a Sunday afternoon and it was fixed first thing Wednesday - that's fast service! The technician who works on mowers in the Wake Forest area is prompt (usually early) and quick with the work.

Our refrigerator freeze was getting ice in the bottom. Our serviceman, Gregory, came to repair it. He was on time, very knowledgeable and very nice. He treated us as people not just doing his job for a paycheck. That was greatly appreciated. In my opinion Gregory deserves a raise in pay.

Sears repair guy called before coming; he arrived promptly, driving in a company van. The dryer had stopped heating, and is quite old, like 29 years. He was able to disassemble and diagnose the problem quickly. I was disappointed that the parts for repair are no longer available. Given secondary issues that he identified, we opted to not fix the machine; and have since purchased another new dryer. Not the first time we have called on Sears for appliance repair; always feel like we get good service and a fair price.

I requested a service for my broken washing machine, technician came as scheduled, I kept getting updated on my phone, he was very honest and patient, we ended up loosing diagnosis money since we decided not to fix it and buy a new one $800 was the quote to fix the washer 🤯… I will call them again if I need any repair

I requested service online at 8:30 pm. The service repairman (Jonathan) arrived at 10 am the next morning. He replaced the heating element in the dryer and cleaned it. He was finished in less than an hour. He made these seniors happy!
