I requested a service for my broken washing machine, technician came as scheduled, I kept getting updated on my phone, he was very honest and patient, we ended up loosing diagnosis money since we decided not to fix it and buy a new one $800 was the quote to fix the washer 🤯… I will call them again if I need any repair

I requested service online at 8:30 pm. The service repairman (Jonathan) arrived at 10 am the next morning. He replaced the heating element in the dryer and cleaned it. He was finished in less than an hour. He made these seniors happy!

Called on Thurs. Dimitri was here fri morning. Our refrig was out. He fixed it. Was knowledgeable, courteous, fast,polite and friendly. Even sold us warranty. I had called 6 other places and it was going to take over a week for them to even come. Then I thought of all the appliances I had purchased from sears over the years and what good service I had had. So I looked them up and the magic began. Thank you for living up to my memories.

The technician came the next day morning. He did a good check on our dryer, answer all my questions and give good recommendations.

I had a service scheduled through my home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS). The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue, which required a replacement part. He then ordered the replacement part needed, which was delivered directly to my home within about a week. I then easily able to scheduled the return visit online to complete the repair. When the new technician arrived, he worked quickly to install the replacement part to repair my dryer. He was kind and courteous. It was easy, stress free, professional service.
