* The technician was great and professional. I was very unhappy with how late the service was. Why specify a 4 hour arrival window, send 3 emails and 3 texts reminding me of the appointment window only to arrive more than 30 minutes after the window with no updates or communication until I reached out? Unacceptable.

The tech was friendly but they didn’t end up fixing the problem and had me sign off on the job- ultimately the unit isn’t cooling properly for some reason.

Beware, highly excessive prices, over $400 to replace a broken belt on my mom’s dryer.Tech was here about 30 minutes.

Repair man showed up as scheduled He explained to me that the part required, the control panel, was not a stock item. He would have to take it off the treadmill, send it off for repair and come back again to put it back on. Very disappointed that the part was not available. I use the machine almost daily and there is no telling how long it would take to have it repaired, and if it would be repaired properly. Up until now, I have been satisfied with our treadmill warranty work. We bought the first one almost 20 years ago. If this is what warranty work is coming to, we'll just join the Y and let Sears keep their equipment.
