The technician took his time to checkout everything in order to see if he could find any issue with the washer. When he was done he explained what was going on ordered the part then returned to complete the repair.

After having a horrible experience with 1st technician, Zach and him screaming and throwing tools and also causing a leak in our unit, I was very pleased with the new tech, Angelo. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done after having to correct issues left behind. I'd suggest that Zach be investigated. He was very out of it during his visit to mu home and didn't complete the job and left a mess. We felt very uncomfortable and dissatisfied with hus service. I recommend Angelo for jobs to get done and his service and communication to the project was unmatched.

I appreciate having a HVAC heat and cooling check service. This preventative maintenance is much needed. Angelo is a good and knowledgeable technician who was very thorough. We hope to work with Angelo for this service again in the future.
