The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I think Sears should lower some of their costs though.

Sears Service Contracts are the way to go. They come, do what is needed and get things working. I grew up watching my parents use Sears for all of their home appliances, so naturally, when it was time for me to choose my home appliances, I went with Sears!
