Very good service. They were quick and thorough.

I was impressed with the telephone calls updating me on the status of my appt. I received several calls confirming and advising of repair technicians approval. He was courteous, informative in answering questions and very prompt with the repairs needed. I will definitely contact Sears for repair service in the future and recommendations Sears Repair service to.my friends. Thank you.

The Jason was wonderful!!!. He had to come back and I had to order the correct piece which would not be back in time for Thanksgiving. Jason worked on the oven to repair the broken piece so I would have my range to cook on for the holiday. An amazing blessing! Thanks Jason.!!!
