This is twice in a month we have had Sears come and fix one of our home appliances (dishwasher first, dryer this time). Both times they were VERY quick to schedule, promptly on time with the appointment, professional, and affordable. I would definitely use Sears' Service Repair again

Jason came to my home and made repairs on my oven. He is an excellent service representative who is a tremendous asset to Sears.

We had a very personable guy fix our frig. -- he was very knowledgeable and experienced.

My dryer stopped spinning. Sears came out the next day and fixed it in 30 minutes. Technician was great.

Already called to request the appliance be fixed correctly. After the tech left my wife used the washer and the problem was worse than before. This was after some shocks and springs were replaced. We have another appt. this Thurs. to hopefully correct the problem. Also asked for original tech who diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He appeared much more efficient and knowledgeable than the one on the 28th.
