Exceeded expectations in every way - both visits: diagnostic and installation.

Already called to request the appliance be fixed correctly. After the tech left my wife used the washer and the problem was worse than before. This was after some shocks and springs were replaced. We have another appt. this Thurs. to hopefully correct the problem. Also asked for original tech who diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He appeared much more efficient and knowledgeable than the one on the 28th.

Came when they said they would, kept us informed of their arrival time. Quickly performed the service, cleaned up after himself. He was polite, answered our questions. Just what you would expect from Sears Service.

Already responded for 5/11 service. Tech got a good rating, however one week later our AC went out. Does not blow cool or cold air. I have an open service ticket for 5/25 for the same Tech to come back out and repair. We shall see how this turns out. Regards,
