Great Repairman- Service was great-- I wish the process was quicker getting the appliances fixed. a month is quite a long time to wait

Repairman showed up as scheduled, was courteous and went to work fixing a leak on my washing machine. He found a small puncture on the big rubber ring that seals the door to the machine, replaced it and, as I had warranty, did it all for free. Very happy did not find any major problems, my Kenmore is fairly old for a front loader. Machine looks almost new with the clean rubber gasket that was replaced!
