Philip diagnosed and repaired a defective fan switch in my stove top. He explained the process and showed me what was going on, both in the diagnosis and the repair phases. Ask for Phillip if you need someone who knows what they’re doing. He’s knows a thing or two, because he’s seen a thing or two. #thumbsup

I had a service scheduled through my home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS). The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue, which required a replacement part. He then ordered the replacement part needed, which was delivered directly to my home within about a week. I then easily able to scheduled the return visit online to complete the repair. When the new technician arrived, he worked quickly to install the replacement part to repair my dryer. He was kind and courteous. It was easy, stress free, professional service.
