Service was quick, and good. The primary problem was fixed right away and a secondary problem was diagnosed, however not really fixed. As the secondary problem had been a design flaw with my ice maker, and one I've known about (and not worried with) for years, that doesn't really bother me.

Technicians were good and the repair went fine. Getting parts then more parts then rescheduling for the third time - Sucked. Overall OK experience.

Fast repair and the repairman knew what he was doing. He didn't need to analyze the problem as I already knew what it was, The only downside to the repair was the cost.
