To repair dryer = $600+ when looking at parts and labor. Technician was super friendly and very nice. Didn’t repair dryer since the cost was greater than a new dryer. Still had to pay service fee but that was expected.

He was timely, And extremely knowledgeable, but basically just told me to unplug my fridge. I definitely think there could’ve been some more troubleshooting over the phone before having to have spent $100 to be told to just unplug

Long and painful. However after 12 visits it was finally repaired!

We diagnosed our refrigerator problem on you web site. You sent us the appropriate part. The repair person was very cooperative and competent and he installed the part. But your bill for this service was inappropriate. You charged $115 for a "problem diagnosis" when none was necessary. A fee for the repair visit and a fee for the part should have been the appropriate charge. I will not use your service again.

First time I tried the tractor after the "tune up", smoke and oil was blowing everywhere. I called customer support, and all the representative could do was tell me to read what the problem was from the manual, which was the the technician overfilled the oil. From the amount of smoke and oil, there must have been an extra gallon in there

Our serviceman was very good. Unfortunately our induction range simply did not work as efficiently as when it was new a year ago. It would boil 1 cup of water in 44 seconds. Even with the new part it takes 76 seconds.
