Fast repair and the repairman knew what he was doing. He didn't need to analyze the problem as I already knew what it was, The only downside to the repair was the cost.

1st technician was excellent and arrived on time, but they dispatched 2 separate technicians for one job and the 2nd one did not post an ETA. They fixed my issue, but did not perform all the services contracted for. Make sure to get a written detail of what you're buying

Our built in Kitchenaid oven lost power and stopped working. The kitchenaind/whirpool website said service would not be aavailable for over a week. I was able to get next day service from Sears Appliance Repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. Overall we were very happy with the technician. Unfortunately the part he needed was on his van that he had to take in for mechanical repairs and he did not have the part on the loaner van. He called his manager and said that his manager would put us at the start of the next day. While not the technician's fault, he did not arrive to resolve our issue until 5:30pm. The Sears scheduling did not book him the way his manager said it would. He came, he fixed the issue quickly and all was working well. The reason this is a lower rating has nothing to do with our technician. The rate that sears charges is unbelievable high. Material cost for replacement fuses was $21. Total cost ffom Sears was $313. The technician felt bad about the scheduling issue and deducted $50. so we paid $263, which was nice. Next time I may try a local service company as this rate for a $21 repair was crazy. Bottom line - Great Tech, High rates.

The men who came to fix my washer were friendly and competent. However the cost of nearly $280 including a $60 part makes me wish I had just bought a new one.

Very good service for the preventive maintenance. I was scheduled for Monday afternoon and he arrived Friday morning, but it worked out OK. Not his fault - it was the customer service rep who set it up.

Sears is gone. Remaining appliance inventory is being liquidated by a company called "more for less." Example: NEW Whirlpool and other clothes washers starting price of $275. Price seems fair, but you don't get the famous Sears warranty... and this place only fixes what it (the liquidator company) sells, not appliances that you bought from Sears,and not appliances you bought from anywhere else.

John was supposed to fix the burner in my counter top range. It doesn't click or let you know when you have reached another level of temperature.. I would like for the burner/knob to still indicate that please. I did not use the burner until yesterday/Sunday morning.
