Very Poor, and not dependable. Sears appliances were beyond BAD!!!! The freezer side of our refrigerator was not working efficient. They came on time diagnosed with $ 640 charge, including parts and labor. They scheduled another appointment time in the coming 2 weeks. Parts arrived, SEARS repairman did NOT show up. No phone calls, mo notifications. We called and wasted 2 hours of time for waiting and being transferred this place to another. We finally rescheduled for 5 days after. They did not show again. Again no notifications, no call. SEARS charged the cost upfront but services was NOT rendered. Our freezer stopped functioning well. We needed to find another company.

I called Sears Home Warrenty to see if they were separate from Cinch Home Warrenty now, due to the fact I had issues with Cinch. The representative who answered the phone was rude and I ask for a supervisor. I was put on hold and some finally picked up, I asked was thus a supervisor and from that point on this rep was even worse then the 1st one. Would not let me talk was telling me what I said. He was very rude and nasty. I truly liked Sears Home Warrenty, but I am very doubtful if I would go back to using them after this horrible experience with their sales team, if this is how they plan to treat their customers.

got a new Kenmore fridge delivered that only one side worked. the freezer side. it took sears home noservice a week to get a repairman to my house and he did not have the parts on his van to fix. would be another week for him to get back to us with parts. repairman's van so full off Samsung appliance parts you could not even see in the van. don't buy that brand. sears could not get me a replacement fridge for at least two weeks. sears customer service in india could not help us at all. went to home depole and ordered a whirlpool brand 4 cubit ft. larger and 150.00 less and free shipping. it will be delivered on friday this week. so I won't be buying anything from sear's again. sear's getting this pos back!

my experience with sears repair is terrible they never finished the job I was forced to hire someone else to do the job . for almost 2 months I was fighting with sears to fix my brand new refrigerator paid over 2 thousand dollars will never buy a sears appliance again . In fact never deal with sears again .my mistake was paying cash once they got their money seems like I was just written off

I have never experienced worse customer service. I called for a tech. and the people who took the order said they would have the parts. When the tech arrived they had no parts, charged me 400 and told me they could order the parts but I would be better off fixing it myself or they would probably have to charge me again. They sent the wrong parts, once I returned those they said they would issue credit. I have had to make 5 phone calls and still no credit back on the parts. I spent 100 and ordered the parts online and had them in a day. NEVER, NEVER use Sears Appliance Repair.
