My tech Mr. Willie was amazing! He had to correct a Junior tech mistake and messed up. But he worked on it until he figured out what the mistake was and then he fixed the problem. I appreciate him so much for staying and giving us some cool air for these hot summer days that are on the way in addition, he called us to check on us to make sure we still had AC. Whenever I get service from my choice Home Warranty I’m requested Mr. Willie!

Tech was great...but if I provided stove model.. why did the tech not have the part. When I first made the appointment the service charge said $120 ...come to find out it was $129. I will never call for service from you again!!!!
