DO NOT use this service. I waited all day from 8 to 5 and no one showed or called. Then to speak to a real human that can help you is a nightmare to get connected. Once connected they cannot give you any information locally, they are probably helping from another country. The email they sent confirming my appointment, the number listed is not a working number. Worst service ever!!

The worst customer service on planet earth. The 5 star reviews have to be from corporate because sears home repair customer service all the way to their technicians is terrible.
