I want to take time to write how outstanding a service the technician (Daniel) provided. he went above and beyond to give me addtional informaiton to avoid my dryer having similar issues in the future. This reinforces my belief that I made the good choice chosing Sears for my house maintenance and repair. well done and thank you!
