Repair tech Jonathan does great work twice.

I appreciated my technician Steven’s clarity on the cost & what it would take to fix my 15 year old Kenmore range. Buying new will be less expensive. I work from home & he was very professional & quiet while I was in a meeting when he arrived. He was also very patient. I would contact this service for any future repair needs

Terrance was very good! An excellent repairman. Booking the service was annoying: "Mikey" had a strong accent and was not easy to understand and was far too pushy to sell the warranty. AND Mikey did not fully explain the details of the warranty until the end of the conversation, when I understood the bad characteristics of the warranty.
