The technician,Edmar, was super nice and very knowledgeable. However the company, Sears Appliance Repair was horrible. Just a huge ripoff. They charged me $400+ for an icemaker which they ordered from Amazon that costs $130. They charged me $400+ for labor which consisted of of removing 4 screws and reinstalling them in new unit . Took 12 minutes-start to finish. Last money they will get from me. I will share with all friends and neighbors.
