Daniel, the technician that came to the house was fantastic! Open and honest and answered all of my questions - and gave me information on how to prevent the issue in the future, etc. The call center that called to confirm the appointment was way too pushy on wanting me to sign up for the full warranty program. Had to say 'no thank you' about 10-15 times...to the point where I was close to hanging up, but I wanted to make sure the appt will still be confirmed.
