Service was great! Easy to schedule, arrived on time & problem fixed. Would have given them 5 stars, except they overload your inbox with an avalanche of emails as soon as they have your address, and they don’t take AMEX.

The work of my tech, John D., was excellent, courteous and professional. He worked quickly and explained what was going on. I was less happy with the communication from the dispatch center. I don't expect that a repairman can always be on time, but Sears Repair promised they would keep keep me updated by text. They did not do this. Going on the tracking function they offered also did not work at all and gave misleading information.

Tech arrived on time, was efficient at diagnosing the problem, had the parts to fix it and was done in an hour. Pricing was a bit steep (over $450 for an hours time and a $70 part) which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Bottom line though - our Kenmore washing machine got fixed and got done quickly.

The service was good, but thought the technician was supposed to be responsible for taking old parts. We don't have an open dumpster, it's a compacter. You can't put metal pieces in it. I told him that. Needless to say, he didn't take the old part. Now I have to find a place for it.

Just the facts! 1)I was asked to pay up front for parts and some of labor, which I didn't process how unusual that was until the tech left. I get paying for the parts, but not the labor until the job is complete. 2)I scheduled it for 7/7, but the tech put it in for 7/1 when I told him I'd be out of town. After I rescheduled, we got a confirmation email, but a a no call no show for that day and was forced to reschedule two days later. On 7/9 we got another no call no show with a forced rescheduling for the next day. Tech showed up with no heads up call, and then I get a message while I'm in the shower of a "sorry we missed you!". Luckily I ran out and got him. He made an excuse of not having my number, but when I offered him my contact before I left he confirmed it without a problem. He blamed all of it on "the new AI system", which is half true at best. 3)only good part was that it seems fixed. Never again!

​Avoid this company at all costs. They require pre-payment for repairs but fail to deliver. After they took my money, my appointment was unilaterally rescheduled by their automated system multiple times without my consent. Their customer service is a "never-ending call loop" where it is impossible to reach a human. Most shockingly, they have now fraudulently claimed to have completed the repair when I actually had to hire a different company to finish the job. Dishonest practices and zero accountability.

- Avoid this company at all costs. They require pre-payment for repairs but fail to deliver. Dishonest practices and zero accountability. - I also did try to contact them in regards to this with the phone number they had provided and it is an AI system that does not actually let you talk to anyone. - They are committing fraud and do not even have the decency to talk to you about it or answer their phone call. This should be a red flag that you can't even contact them. They sent fraudulent documentation to my credit card company as well stating they performed the service. I have reported them to the NC attorney generals office. I HIGHLY suggest you avoid them at all cost. -Jonathon Hauser is the technician that sent the fraudulent paperwork and has been reported, I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. - If you want to actually discuss this, do not send me a generic phone number with an AI and have your supervisor/manager call me.
