Tim was very thorough in examining our dryer and determining the problem. I was very impressed. After deciding not to repair we have changed our minds and are hoping Tim will return to repair our dryer.

Timothy was excellent. Just disappointed that it took so long to get our washer repaired. This was a callback repair. Original repair was called in April 2025.
