Bryan was friendly and did a great job of repairing our washer. He arrived on time for both visits. What's amazing about that is our repair appointment was on Monday, January 26th after the ice storm at 8 am! So many businesses and schools were closed! We didn't think he would be able to make it to Lenoir but he was here at 8 am, installed the new part and was on his way in about 10 minutes. I can't tell you how grateful we are to have our washer working again after being without it for a week. Thank you, Bryan! PS: Thank you American Home Shield! What a relief it is to know that we only have to pay a set fee for each service visit. It has saved us a lot of money considering how many times we've had repairs on appliances, plumbing, etc.
