Tim was careful to explain what the problem was and how I can resolve the problem next time on my own. Using well water he offered another solution of getting a small external filter to see when the filter needs to be changed.

From the time that Sears was assigned my warranty service work, I was kept informed and up to date by them on the status of my service order. Service was provided quickly. The service technician, Bryan, was fantastic. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He fixed the problem in very short order. I would not hesitate to use Sears Appliance Repair in the future, and I would request Bryan to be the technician to respond. Both the company, and the technician (Bryan) get 5 stars.
