Tim fixed my issue had my washer running in no time. He's been here many times to fix it and is always polite friendly knowledgeable and has PATIENCE . Thankfully I have their warranty it sure does pay off in the long run!!

From the time that Sears was assigned my warranty service work, I was kept informed and up to date by them on the status of my service order. Service was provided quickly. The service technician, Bryan, was fantastic. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He fixed the problem in very short order. I would not hesitate to use Sears Appliance Repair in the future, and I would request Bryan to be the technician to respond. Both the company, and the technician (Bryan) get 5 stars.

He was truthful and honest!! Very friendly!! Very helpful! Still trying to get my washer replaced!! Can't even talk to a person!! I've waited two weeks and still haven't heard a word from you! I need my washer now!!!
