We had our Warranty Service send someone two days after the initial cancelation by your repairman. It was already fixed. Waited for hours when we received a text that they were cancelling and that they could not be contacted by phone. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Your service SUCKS!

Tech came out, here 10 minutes, never even turned machine on but said it was lid switch. 5 days later another tech came to install, wasnt the problem, so he removed(and took with him),said washer unrepairable. Called , and they agreed totally mishandled and would refund everything except service call ( I was ok with that).Havent heard a word since( 16 days and out $310+ service call). Now can't get anyone to explain how they commited to take care of this, and havent??? I will NEVER use them again!

First, it is impossible to talk to an actual person. I filled out the request form online and indicated the make, model, and serial number of my washing machine, along with the error code that said the drain pump was not working. The first technician came completely unprepared and “diagnosed” a non-functioning drain pump and had me sign (and immediately pay for) a contract for $526. The pump had to be ordered, and took a week to arrive. The technician who came to install it did not know what he was doing— he installed the pump but couldn’t get it to work because he couldn’t reach the wiring to connect it to. So he ordered another pump, I waited another week and when the second pump arrived it was identical to the first one. It took me 1/2 hour to get through to a human being to cancel the whole repair order. I had to send the two pumps back and am still waiting to receive a partial refund for the labor charges.
