After paying a significant amount of money to another local appliance repair business and not getting results from my oven repair, I turned to Sears Appliance Repair. Michael came as scheduled, assessed the situation and corrected some issues caused by the first repair company. He tested and re-calibrated my equipment and charged me for the diagnostic visit only. I appreciate his time and expertise. I also appreciated that any money paid for the diagnostic would be applied to the repair if needed. This was not the case with the first company. So far, my appliance is working well. I have only had the opportunity to use test out one portion of my double oven.

Michael was very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it would have been an expensive fix so I decided not to proceed. He was an excellent technician and very cordial.

Well, THIS service and technician was outstanding, but, the Sears Appliance Repair service company SUCKS. Missed a total of 4 days work and took 4 months to get a Samsung refrigerator repaired using Lowes Extended Warranty. Tony made repairs very fast and we are very pleased with TONY'S work.
