Thomas was my tech from Sears , extremely knowledgeable about Samsung gas range . I would not hesitate in calling on him Again . Their mgr at their office was informed about original Geek squad from Best Buy . They caused a fire to happen as they installed a Natural Gas kit instead of propane . I refused any Geek Squad employee in my home . I will request Sears Home Services from now on with out hesitation .!

Thomas called in the AM to tell me I would be 2nd & about what time he expected to arrive. That was so valuable. He was courteous, cleaned up the work area, & took care of the trash. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful technician. Thomas even went the extra mile & took a box too heavy for me to the car on his way out. In the past I have had to wait all day & then been informed at the end of the day that my service has been rescheduled by the technician with no consideration of my schedule. This was indeed a most welcomed change. Again a special gold 5 to Thomas.
