Ken was absolutely amazing! After previously having difficulty with a prior company and technician trying to repair my dishwasher for months with no success, Ken troubleshooted and fixed my dishwasher in less then 10 minutes with no parts necessary. Not only did he fix my dishwasher, but he was kind enough to explain the problem thoroughly and gave excellent recommendations on what to do if a problem occurred in the future. Highly recommended and keep up the good work!

He did a excellent job and I agreed with his anaylis. He installed the switch just fine. An hour after he left the problem came back.
