Paul was on time and he checked our unit inside and out. He took his time and made sure his decision was right. Paul was very professional in in his work and taking to me about his decision. He also said that the company would be getting back to me about their decision.

The technician did a great job, and has for years! However the technical support from the website was terrible, actually informing the technician that the service call was cancelled but it wasn't! He actually called me to tell me he was advised that the service call was cancelled, when I had not done so. I then called the Sears home service number, and was told that the service call was still on for today! Someone messed up. Thankfully, I was able to call George back, and he turned around to come to my house and complete the service I needed.
