Paul was amazing! He showed me exactly what was wrong, walked me through the fix and contingencies and then when my home warranty refused to fix it he gave me information so Sears could come back and fix it. It was so nice being given options other than just "Spend $8k for a whole new system." I will definitely use them again in the future!

Paul knocked in my door and when I when I opened the door I met one of the most happiest people I ever met. He was smiling and told me good morning, told me who he was and why he was here, He is just very personable young man. He allowed me to ask him questions and watch what he was doing. He explained the different steps for the different parts he was needing to replace, then he started testing it. He said " I'm going to have you up and going real quick. I let him know I had been in the hospital and just got out on April 3rd from having a heart attack, so I don't do a whole lot at this time. I'm trying to find my steps while I'm supposed to do to take care of my heart. He was just so kind he said we're going to get that AC up for you today because he knew I've been without AC for two weeks. He did the job very quickly and was very thorough with what he did. I don't know anything about HVAC but from the way he spoke and explained what was going on, I know he did a great job. Thank you for hiring him he's good. My house is so cool now that I actually had to use a blanket at night. He has been so appreciated. This heat has been nothing to sneeze at. 90 degrees for the last several days. I would give him 10 points for all aspects of his job. I would also recommend him ans Sears Service to anyone who needs HVAC..
