They made my refrigerator worst. The seals they put on looks like a child put them on they are krooked and has gaps in them. The frig is leaking worst, the freezer has ice freezing up on the door and my food has ice crystal on it. The tempurature in the frig and freezer keeps fluxurating. My refrigerstor door closes to hard it feels like they removed a seal from it. The service is very poor.

Came to home, said load and go was a setting problem and left. Load and go not working 1hrs after technician left. Called Sears service plan to let them know, customer service could not speak English and proceed to tell me it could be another 100.00 Why Should I pay for Something that was not fixed with first Service Call.
