This place was fine in terms of getting me on their schedule, in a timely manner. However I take issue with being charged $129 just to have them come out and move the dryer from the wall and a table outside away from the vent. This is something I could have done myself.

didn't really test anything that I could see. Said motor was bad? spent most of the time on the phone looking at who knows what. friendly person.very pricy to repair or replace the ice maker. half the price of a new frig.outrages. mew ice maker on line $50.00.

My dryer is still not working. I called the technician back to the house because the dryer wasn't heating properly. He came back but it's still won't heat properly when the clothes are in the dryer. It is turning now but no heat and it was heating before

I’m extremely disappointed with the service tech who did nothing to fix the problem. There is still cold air flowing through the house when the heat should be blowing. He did not stay around to see if just putting the heat on 80 would generate heat. It has been running for over 30 minutes now it’s cold air And it’s still on 75. I stayed in town for this appointment. Someone needs to come fix my heat today so I can leave tomorrow going back to Georgia.

Dishwasher repair - 0 Stars I’ve been waiting 6 months for a repair. I’ve taken time off work for at least 5 appointments & every time they cancel the day of the appointment. I got a email stating I need to return parts if the repair won’t be completed or I will be charged. It would be repaired if they would bother showing up. Ridiculous!

No one came today for my appointment with Sears Home Services. I have house cameras all over the outside of my house and have been home all day. But they closed my service request and updated the ticket to say "unit powered on and functioning normally." That is impossible. No one actually made contact with me, no one entered my home, and no one performed any inspection today, yet still documented the service as completed and closed my warranty request. A Sears Blue van did sit at the top of my driveway for 15 minutes but just left. The breaker box to our HVAC/furnace has been turned off since Oct. 15th to avoid damaging the unit. And my Nest thermostat confirms there is no R/C power running to the unit. There is no way the unit powered on and functioned. No operational test was actually performed today. It is going to be 39 degrees this weekend. I need heat for my family ASAP. No update was communicated to me before my service ticket was closed. I have been in circles with Sears Home Services and Sears Home Warranty chat bots and automated voice recordings all day with no firm answer. When will we get our unit fixed and have heat?
