Technician was professional and polite. Explained to us what he thought the problem was. First part ordered didn't seem to correct it. Second part ordered corrected the whole problem. I gave him 5 stars due to his diligence in his work ethics to correct the problem. Hopefully working like new. Last of all company need to give a contact number where they can be reached when repairman is running late!!!

The technician examined the microwave and identified the most likely problem and ordered the parts. The parts arrived the very next day . William returned the following morning, installed the new parts; and the microwave was fixed. William was courteous and very helpful. It was a very smooth repair job.

The technician(s) were very professional. They took the time to explain to me what the issues were with my appliance and how it was remedied. They took care not to damage surrounding area. It did take 6wks to get a technician out to complete the work after the initial diagnosis. I kept getting rescheduled. They did great once they arrived. But the scheduling with Sears is definitely a problem.
