Our service rep William Brown was absolutely delightful. He called to say he would arrive within 30 minutes and that he did. He was pleasant and guided us thru his discovery of the issue with our washing machine. He was very In formative and assured us that he would have the issue resolved. Aaron was prompt and discussed the services he could perform for the annual maintenance on my fridge. It would have been great if he could have done a more thorough maintenance but he said he didn’t do that, that I would need to schedule a “repair” service for that. It was disappointing as I had to reschedule this appointment three times as Sears canceled them. Fortunately, the fridge runs great and I have been really pleased with it.

Tandy H came at the time expected. He was able to complete the repair quickly and efficiently in the awkward space available in the small laundry area with a shelf for an added obstacle and somewhat limited lighting available. He left the machine capable of doing laundry and showed me that the water was flowing but not leaking before he left!! He told me what to do with the replaced parts. A single paper towel was sufficient to wipe up the work area — restoring it to its original condition. An excellent experience!!!!!
