Aaron was our service tech for both visits. He was very cordial on both visits. Visit #1, he diagnosed the problem. Visit #2, the problem was fixed. He obviously "knows his stuff"!!

This was the second time to repair the original problem but Aaron was great. He fixed the washer and also helped me with some preventative maintenance so the problem won’t reoccur. Thanks Aaron.

The tech was great. No complaints about him or the Sears service. A lack of parts available for a brand new GE dryer, that’s a different story. This is the second and last new GE appliance that was faulty right out of the box.
