This was the second time to repair the original problem but Aaron was great. He fixed the washer and also helped me with some preventative maintenance so the problem won’t reoccur. Thanks Aaron.

The tech was great. No complaints about him or the Sears service. A lack of parts available for a brand new GE dryer, that’s a different story. This is the second and last new GE appliance that was faulty right out of the box.

Dillion was professional and explained everything in a manner easily followed. His knowledge on thw frontloader was great. I am a first time owner of one. He was very patient and asked se eral time if o had any more questions or concerns. He is an asset to your company.
