I was very pleased with my technician, Jonathan. I have had not so pleasant experiences with many techs/agencies…UNTIL NOW. Jonathan was very professional and personable. I will definitely utilize Sears Appliance Repair for future repairs.

I called Sears repair, they sent someone in a few days to check our freezer. He assessed the problem and placed order for parts. Jonathan came back and installed the new parts, within a reasonable space of time. Great job!! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough during both visits to our house! Thank you Jonathan!
